Really. That. Was. It! It's been a wave of emotions - ups + downs.

It's when I get overwhelmed - I tend to want to "escape" or shut down. The feeling just crept up and made me want to "run" + smoke - but I know that's not a great idea/option. So instead, I am writing about it. I am getting anxious about seeing Howard! It feels a little crazy. I've been so
