Digital capture

This archive was captured as a verbatim static copy of the live site on 2026-10-05 and frozen as ver01, commit f857342. The capture was verified byte-for-byte against the source with a checksum comparison of both trees, which reported zero differences across all 224 pages and every scan variant.

Structure at capture

All 224 pages were present and contiguous in every form: transcript HTML, transcript text, and both scan variants at three resolutions each. The full-text index contained exactly the 205 pages that carry transcription, omitting precisely the blank pages.

Limits of this record

This archive documents its own capture and structure. It does not establish the provenance of the physical diary before that capture — where it came from, who handled it, and how the transcriptions were produced are questions this site does not answer and does not claim to.
